We Are Looking For...
Roleplayers!!! We will later have 'rooms' for all types of roleplaying; general, action, fantasy and sci-fi and you can be anything from vampires and avians to humans and domestic pets. There is something for every type of roleplayer and get in early so you funky benefits such as getting to build a rapport with all the members and admins and save yourself from future confusion if you decide to join after fifty stories have been told. (See next section.)
Staff to take on certain jobs. There are a hundred tasks to do around here and we can't do all of them at once so we are looking for trustworthy people who can take on very important roles. NOTE us if you are interested or else we'll have to take to the streets ourselves .
Affiliates and supporters. Have a roleplaying related club? Or any club? We're looking for affiliates! If you like our idea but don't want to play or run anything, then just help publicise us in your journal/signature and we're link you as a supporter.

To join, simply fill that out for each of your character(s) and send a NOTE to us with "Character For [General/Fantasy/Action/etc.]" as the subject line. Then we'll let you know when you can start playing!

Authors, role-players and artists unite! To create what exactly? A community for those of us with more than just a talent for the pencil or the keyboard. We've got the gift of story-telling either by illustration or keystroke. And to what avail? The first contest is more of a promotion--if you will--and should their be enough participation, it'll be in many parts. So, for the sake of the contest, we'll call this:

Part 1: Developing a Story Line. --If you are a Role-Player you'll appreciate exactly what I'm trying to do here. The object of this endeavour? To develop a story that is in its most basic form. It can be of any era and involve any character. Only real stipulation: No fanfictions. Yes, this must be completely original. Keep it basic, though. Like just a setting, a conflict and some sort of a history. Ideally, in the future, this story will become a Role-Play/Community project completed with illustrations and random musings.

So let's recap:
Develop a Storyline. Setting, conflict, history. Even a main character will be acceptable--but leave room for plenty of characters and foreign input. Keep 'em decently short and sweet so should there be other entries, voters won't get tired of reading.
Don't be afraid of critiques.
Keep in mind others in this community will -hopefully- throw in their two cents and it will be in fact, a community project.

We'll vote t'wards the middle of Febuary, should there be enough entries. Let your creativity flow, peoples. Frankly, with creativity, we're a step ahead of the rest. ^^ Whoever's creation wins will be the object of all our affection. (Okay, so that's not enough? Lol. The author will also be placed on a pedestal and given a free commission from * skorchedutopia and whoever else is willing.)

~wildcomets here. Anyway, I've been rather lazy and was playing Dynasty Warriors 4 (which totally rocks). Anywaaay... I have to give you some info on how to play before we start!
The games are going to be played in the journal entries. There will be many to choose from, scifi, fantasy, general, even individual fan stuff. You submit a comment with your part of the story on it, and so on and so forth.
Anyway, before you actually start playing, you need to send us a note saying "Character For [General/Fantasy/Action/etc.]", with the details from the character sheet sent to you before filled in. Then we note you back, and then you're ready to roll!!!
Obviously, this can't happen yet till the games are up, and this main page looking a lot more professional and snazy. Also, we need staff. So people, volunteer if you like! (Send us a note, obviously... and we'll fill you in.)

Artworks...
Having your own character, plus a very original and unprecdicatble storyline (okay, so fanfics are only HALF original) means that you can portray them in your very own artwork! We very much like to submit these artworks in this account, since favouriting the work for club purposes is not allowed in deviantart. Don't worry, we'll link the piece to the one you have at your page, just in case people wants to fave it or something.
Don't specialise in drawing? Maybe you can get someone to draw your character for you. We are ALSO looking for artists who are willing to create pieces for others at their request. Obviously you will limit youself to how much you do at a time, so you will be able do it to the best of your ability.
